Missouri Botanical Gardens Wedding | Kirsten & Cody

Kirsten & Cody had a beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens wedding ceremony last spring. It was a little bit rainy but that made for the most gorgeous and dreamy lighting in my opinion! As a photographer, I love a cloudy day because the lighting is usually perfect and easy to work with.

I loved everything about this venue. When you enter the gardens it takes you on a beautiful walk to wherever your ceremony location is. Your guests get gorgeous views no matter where they look. Even a walk to the bathroom can be gorgeous. The Botanical Gardens in St. Louis is such romantic choice for a ceremony or wedding because there are so many different gardens and setting to choose from. This spot they chose really gave me Bridgerton vibes (IYKYK). The roses were a gorgeous backdrop for their couple and group portraits. I can’t wait to get back to this venue! She took the time to view our initial chosen park location prior to our session and suggested a different location due to the scenery dying out in December.
